Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery times

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders — no minimums, no exceptions. Orders ship via our standard carrier and arrive within 7–12 business days after processing.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States and the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally beyond these regions at this time.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.

Delays & issues

Carrier delays, weather, and holidays may occasionally extend delivery windows. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days of shipping, contact us at self.shapewear@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly at checkout can’t be reshipped or refunded — contact us immediately at self.shapewear@gmail.com if you spot an error.
